Children under 12 are not permitted. Pets are not allowed. Strictly no smoking. Marine Parade has a lift to all floors, but there are seven steps up to the front door (with a hand rail).
Please note that there is limited parking on the seafront. Parking vouchers are available from reception at a cost of £1 per day. Further parking is available on the adjoining streets and in the nearby multi-storey.
