About Penrhiw Hotel

The award-winning Penrhiw Hotel is an elegant stone building situated just a short walk from Britain's smallest city, St David's. Surrounded by stunning private grounds, woodland paths and a river, it's the ideal place to enjoy a true countryside retreat.

The rooms

Eight luxurious en-suite rooms, each of which is complete with Sky TV, iPod docking station, tea and coffee making facilities, and complimentary toiletries.

On the doorstep and nearby

Just a short walk from the hotel takes you to St David's Cathedral. The beautiful 12th century building is situated in a peaceful vale beside the River Alun, and is one of the most iconic religious sites in the country. Whitesands Bay is also nearby.

Be sure to enjoy a 15-minute island hop or leisurely cruise to the islands of Grassholm, Ramsey, Skomer and Skokholm, looking out for dolphins, whales, puffins and gannets as you go.

Worth staying in for ...

Enjoy a truly indulgent breakfast – ranging from croissants and fresh fruit, to a full cooked breakfast with laverbread – the Welsh seaweed delicacy.
